Workpiece having uneven surface is placed on lower die. Piece of color paper is placed onto workpiece. Upper die is moved to press color paper onto workpiece surface. Upper die is heated to preset temperature so color layer detaches from substrate layer of color paper. Color layer is transfer printed onto surface of workpiece for predetermined time. Upper die and substrate layer are then removed from workpiece.
