PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial culturing method of a mushroom such as shiitake mushroom, capable of preventing the generation of trichoderma without using any agrochemical. SOLUTION: This method for artificially culturing the mushroom is provided by adding a cellulose ester, such as a cellulose acetate, cellulose acetate propionate or cellulose acetate butyrate in an artificial culture of a mushroom such as shiitake mushroom by using a culturing medium prepared by adding water to a solid portion consisting mainly of sawdust.
