computer- controlled closed-loop banking systems of payments. SUBSTANCE: system has customerÊs computer terminal communicating with bank server through telecommunications link. The latter is coupled with data base of bank and incorporates program allowing discounts to customer granted on standard bank rates depending on originally deposited sum of money. Customer may choose sum of discount. Server provides for discounting sums written down by commission for operations actually conducted by customer and follows up time period within which discounts are in force. Upon expiration of assigned time remainder is converted into bank income but if customer has managed to pay at least day before expiration of assigned period, remainder is added to next sum of payment. EFFECT: provision for allowing discount to regular customers due to computerized system of payments. 4 cl
