摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for an atmosphere in a baking furnace to be kept stable, without being affected by cracked gas of organic matter which is generated from a ceramic laminate when baking. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method has a process of baking an unbaked laminate 3, in which a plurality of ceramic layers 7 and internal electrodes 5, 6 are laminated alternately. In this baking process, the ceramic laminate 3 is baked in a baking furnace 21, while atmospheric gas is made to flow in the furnace 21, in such a manner that the ratio of the amount of organic matter of the laminate carried in the furnace per unit time with respect to the flow rate of the atmospheric gas is in the range of 200 L/g to 1,200 L/g, preferably, in the range of 300 L/g to 900 L/g.
