PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding/polishing/cleaning device and method therefor allowing automatic grinding/polishing/cleaning of a floor system of a bridge having a complicated shape by properly setting blast guns at almost all grinding/ polishing/cleaning portions when a grinding/polishing/cleaning for the bridge is automated and thereby improving efficiency of the grinding/polishing/cleaning. SOLUTION: This device is characterized by comprising the blast gun 11 provided with a nozzle for jetting a grinding/polishing/cleaning material and a suction device for sucking dust generated by grinding/polishing/cleaning, a holding arm 19 provided with a front rotary shaft 19A for holding the blast gun 11 at a tip and rotating the blast gun 11 to the front and a horizontal rotary shaft 19B for horizontally rotating the blast gun 11, a boom 15 for elevating/lowering the holding arm 19 and a moving means 6 having the boom 15 fixed and movable on a work floor.
