An unmanned automatic repair method for a pipeline is provided to minimize industrial disaster by repairing the damaged part of a pipeline by unmanned automation without inputting manpower directly to the inside of a pipeline, and to repair the damaged part of a pipeline environment-friendlily by using a pollution-free material as a repair material. An unmanned automatic repair method for a pipeline comprises the steps of: putting a multi-robot(30) into the inside of a pipeline(10) and cleaning the inside of the pipeline; putting a repair packer wound with a repair material including basalt fiber into the inside of the pipeline; moving the repair packer to the damaged part of the pipeline using the multi-robot; injecting air to the repair packer and expanding the repair packer, thereby adhering the repair material to the inside of the pipeline and hardening; and exhausting the inside air of the repair packer and contracting the repair packer, thereby separating the repair packer from the hardened repair material.
