PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymer composition maintaining preferable properties and fluidity suitable for molding processability inherent in ethylene based copolymers and improved in heat resistance. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by melting and kneading (A) 50-98 pts.wt. ethylene-based copolymer, (B) 1-50 pts.wt. polypropylene wax having <=50,000 number-average molecular weight, (C) 1-50 pts.wt. ethylene-radical decomposable type olefin copolymer having >=100,000 number-average molecular weight, (D) 0.01-5 pts.wt. radical developer per 100 pts.wt. mixture of the component A, B and C, (E) 0.01-5 pts.wt. crosslinking auxiliary per 100 pts.wt. mixture of the component A, B and C. As the component A, an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer, an ethylene-vinylester copolymer, an ethylene- unsaturated carboxylic ester copolymer and an ionomer neutralized at least some part of carboxylic groups of ethylene-carboxylic acid with a metal are preferably used. |
