The writing tablet includes a scanner (100) which converts a picture (110) into an electronic signal by an A/D converter. The electronic signal of the scanned picture is reversed from left to right. The electronic signal is transmitted e.g. using an infrared transmitter. The picture reversal is performed by the scanner driver or the scanning software.
