PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lane closing and congestion caused by a communication defect on a lane dedicated to entrance. SOLUTION: When processing of communication between onboard equipment 3 and two antennas 11 and 12 can not be performed at the entrance (communication error), passing of a vehicle 2 is blocked by a break gate 22, the insertion of an IC card C into an IC card processor 20 is guided and when entering information is recorded on the IC card C by the IC card processor 20, blocking of passing of the vehicle 2 is canceled by opening the break gate 22 under remote control from a monitoring device 24. |
