PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition with superior abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: This composition is made to be a thermoplastic elastomer superior in abrasion resistance comprising 1-50 pts.wt. of a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin and 99-50 pts.wt. of thermoplastic elastomer as main components, wherein the rubber-reinforced thermoplastic elastomer has a graft rate of 5-300 wt.% with the intrinsic viscosity [η] of ungrafted component of 0.05-3.0 dl/g and is prepared by (co)polymerization of 80-20 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl monomer or a monomer component composed of such an aromatic vinyl monomer and another vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith in the presence of 20-80 wt.% of a rubbery polymer.
