In the case of the consecutive reception, a control circuit 24 outputs an operation stop command to the mixer circuit 19 so as to allow the mixer circuit 19 to stop an output of the local frequency fb for measuring a peripheral zone reception electric field level. On the other hand, in the case of measuring the peripheral zone reception electric field level, the control circuit 24 outputs an operation stop command to the mixer circuit 15 to allow the mixer circuit 15 to stop an output of the local frequency fa for the consecutive reception.
