PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a local frequency for measuring a peripheral zone received electric field level for being spatially sneaked in advance in the case of consecutive reception in a mobile station, and to avoid the local frequency for the consecutive reception from being spatially sneaked in advance in the case of measuring a peripheral zone reception electric field level. SOLUTION: A local frequency output section 12 for consecutive reception that outputs a local frequency fa for the consecutive reception consists of local oscillators 13, 14, and a mixer circuit 15, and a local frequency output section 16 for measuring a peripheral zone reception electric field level that outputs a local frequency fb for measuring a peripheral zone reception electric field level consists of local oscillators 17, 18 and a mixer circuit 19. In the case of the consecutive reception, a control circuit 24 outputs an operation stop command to the mixer circuit 19 so as to allow the mixer circuit 19 to stop an output of the local frequency fb for measuring a peripheral zone reception electric field level. On the other hand, in the case of measuring the peripheral zone reception electric field level, the control circuit 24 outputs an operation stop command to the mixer circuit 15 to allow the mixer circuit 15 to stop an output of the local frequency fa for the consecutive reception.
