PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To not only suppress temperature rises of die plates for mounting a mold, but also positively eliminate a temperature difference between upper and lower die plates and to alleviate a warp of the plate as much as possible by detecting the difference of the plates, and independently passing refrigerant to reduce the difference. SOLUTION: Refrigerant passages 10, 11, 12 and 13 are formed on and underneath die plates 1, 2. The passages are connected to a refrigerant temperature regulator 20 by piping to supply the refrigerant of a predetermined temperature to the passages 10, 11, 12 and 13. Flow regulating valves 21, 22, 23 and 24 are respectively arranged on the way of the piping, and a valve opening is controlled by a controller 14. Temperature rising degrees of the plates 1, 2 are sequentially sent by temperature detectors 6, 1, 8 and 9 mounted at the plates 1, 2, and a refrigerant passing amount is calculated. Thus, overall temperature rise of the plates 1, 2 is prevented, the upper and lower temperature difference is reduced, and hence warps of the plates 1, 2 can be substantially eliminated.
