摘要 Permanent magnetic foil production comprises slip casting a mixture of neodymium-iron-boron powder, organic solvent, polymer binder, plasticizer and thermosetting hardener. Permanent magnetic foils, preferably of 0.1-1 mm thickness, are produced by mixing neodymium-iron-boron powder with an organic solvent, a polymer binder, a plasticizer and a thermosetting hardener, casting the resulting slip to a foil, curing and magnetizing in a surface pattern. An Independent claim is also included for magnetization of a permanent magnetic foil produced as described above, by a pulse magnetization procedure using a pole structure separated from the foil by an electrically insulating foil, the magnetic circuit being completed by a soft iron plate on the other side of the permanent magnetic foil.
