PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance error (tolerance) absorbing functions in installing position between both unit rooms and assembly for each while improving appearance when jointing a bathroom unit room equipped with a door built independently to a lavatory unit room equipped with an opening for going in and out. SOLUTION: This is a joint construction between a bathroom unit room 1 having a door 3 and a lavatory unit room (2) formed with an opening 4 for going in and out. Accordingly, a casing supporting frame 11 is projected out from a door frame 5 of the bathroom unit room 1 having the door 3 to the side of the opening 4 of the lavatory unit room (2). A door casement 6 is attached to the casing supporting frame 11, and the door casement 6 is inserted to an inner peripheral portion of the opening 4. To the door casement 6, a long hole 7 is formed in the approaching and separating direction between both the unit rooms 1, (2). A fixing device 8 inserted to the long hole 7 is fixed to an inner peripheral end surface portion 9 of the opening 4 for the lavatory unit room (2).
