PURPOSE: A system for analyzing offerings of moving properties at auction is provided to analyze values of each offering selected by offering retrievers, by allowing the values of the offerings with reliability points according to value differences of specific offerings between industrialized areas and according to value differences of offerings according to declared land values. CONSTITUTION: A system for analyzing offerings of moving properties at auction supplies reliability, by analyzing values of the moving property offerings at auction. The system retrieves declared land values as sites of the offerings for retrieved offerings of retrievers, and supplies reliability of the declared land values according to differences of the declared land values to the retrievers. The system retrieves whether specific offerings exist as items of the offerings for the retrieved offerings. The system retrieves whether specialized areas exist as the sites of the offerings, and retrieves ranks of the specialized areas. The system supplies reliability according to the ranks to the retrievers. The system supplies reliability adding the reliability of the declared land values to the reliability of the specialized areas to the retrievers for the retrieved offerings.
