PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for power control for realizing high reliability, and for improving assembly workability at the time of integrating the device into a prescribed device, and for reducing manufacturing costs at the time of rough assembly. SOLUTION: A device 11 for power control for controlling an inputted power based on a control signal is provided with plural control terminals 13 for inputting the control signal, plural electrodes 15a-15c and 15u-15w for inputting or outputting the power to be controlled, and small power terminals 17a-17c and 17u-17w electrically connected with those electrodes for extracting the voltage change of the electrode as a signal, or efficiently absorbing a server voltage near a power element. Also, a capacitors for absorbing the server voltage is connected between those small power terminals.
