PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefinic laminated film excellent in flexibility, transparency and stretch uniformity and high in the peel strength of a laminated interface. SOLUTION: A polyethylenic laminated film is constituted by laminating an (A) layer comprising an amorphous polyα-olefin containing 20-80 wt.% of a cold xylene soluble component with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.8-2.5 dl/g and 50 wt.% or more propylene and a (b) layer comprising polyethylene produced by using a metallocene catalyst. As the polyethylene produced by using a metallocene catalyst constituting the (B) layer, one with a density of 0.89-0.935 g/cm3 and a mol.wt. distribution of 2.2-5.5 is suitably used.
