PURPOSE: A method for equally distributing symmetrical loads is provided to exchange the loads to equally distribute the loads symmetrically, by transmitting its own load to nodes that the loads level is smaller than a threshold value, according to the loads level of near nodes, when its own load level is bigger than the threshold value, and by receiving loads from nodes that the loads level is bigger than the threshold value among near nodes, when its own load level is smaller than the threshold value, and by restructuring a network so that nodes having a less delay time in transmitting the nodes from the network, can be contiguous. CONSTITUTION: A method for distributing loads of nodes connected to a data transmitting path of a network, comprises the steps of: recomposing each node of the network as a ring structure; and adjusting each node load, according to a load level of each node amount and a load level of the near nodes. The steps for recomposing each node of the network as a ring structure comprises the steps of: making a time which delays data transmission between each node of the network; and rearranging each node of the network for a minimum delay time.
