PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely transmit drive force to a movable lens frame to reciprocally move the movable lens frame accurately between the imaging position and the object position and to usually hold the system in a stable work condition by rotating a flexible shaft constituting a control cable to move the movable lens frame disposed in a fixed lens frame in the optical axis direction to rotate a screw shaft mounted on an axis support member connected with the fixed lens frame to convert the movement of the movable lens frame into straight movement. SOLUTION: A protruding part 35b is connected with a lens support frame 35. An almost cylindrically formed axis support member 39 is connected with the protruding part 35b. A screw shaft 40 is rotatably inserted into a through hole 39a on the axis support member 39. A nut part 38 connected with the tip end of an arm part 37 is screwed with the screw shaft 40. The screw shaft 40 is rotated by a flexible shaft 43 inserted into a sleeve 42 constituting a control cable 41 to move the movable lens into the optical axis direction.
