PLASTIC CAPSULE FOR ACOUSTIC TRANSDUCER, ACOUSTIC TRANSDUCER AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an acoustic transducer encapsuled with a capsule having sound transmissible friction elements to be incorporated in a housing of a communication equipment by an inexpensive and reliable method. SOLUTION: These sound transmissible friction elements 4, 4a, 4b are attached not to a sound input part of the sound converter but to a sound pressure openings 3a, 3b of a plastic capsule 10 that encapsulates the sound transducer. These sound transmissible friction elements 4a, 4b are desirably to be molded by injection with the plastic capsule 10 during injection molding of the plastic capsule 10 or molded on the plastic capsule 10. The acoustic transducer surrounded by the capsule is comparatively simply manufactured, reliable and suitable for mass production.
