PURPOSE: An exhaust base for a liquid container is provided to seal the film face of a container even to the upper part of an exhaust base and to improve the closing power by forming a screw groove on the inside of an exhaust part. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust base for a liquid container is formed by: a body(100) forming a contact face(101) on its lower part; an exhaust part(102) formed on the upper part of the contact face; a screw groove(104) provided on the upper inside of an outlet(103), the inner space of the exhaust part; a cork(200) formed on the upper end of the screw groove and partitioned by a perforated line(105); the cork divided into an upper face part(201) and a lower face part(202); and a screw thread(203) formed up to a part where the perforated line is formed on the outer ring of the lower face part.
