PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fully pleated skirt readily fittable to the asymmetry of a front half and a back half of the body in a human body, especially in a hip in spite of a fully pleated skirt consisting of linearly cut front and back two body part cloths, capable of reducing a fear of pleat breakage and making the line of the hip and the hem of the skirt in a state closer to horizontality when a woman wears the skirt in a natural state. SOLUTION: The difference between a margin for a doubling of pleat of a hip (h) in a fully pleated skirt and a margin for a doubling of pleat of a waist is set larger in a cloth 2 for back body part then in a cloth 1 for a front body part. The drop difference (namely, the difference between length (hb) around a hip and length (wb) around a waist on the surface of pleat of the cloth 1 for the front body part) in the cloth 2 for the back body part is set larger than the drop difference (the difference between length (hf) around a hip and length (wf) around a waist on the surface of pleat of the cloth 2 for the back body part) in the cloth 1 for the front body part. The position of a center 23 of the cloth 2 for the back body part in the waist (w) is made lower than the position of a center 13 of the cloth 1 for the front body part as a horizontal standard line around the hip(h).
