摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition consisting of a bio-active filler powder, dimethacrylate-based monomer, polymerization initiator, polymerization accelerator and polymerization inhibitor, and used for an adhesion fixation of an implant material, a filling up of the deficient part of a bone, a reconstruction of the deficient part of a skull, etc. SOLUTION: This bio-active cement composition consists of (A) preferably 10-95 wt.% bio-active filler powder consisting of a glass containing Ca or a crystallized glass, (B) a dimethacrylate-based monomer, (C) a polymerization initiator, (D) a polymerization accelerator and (E) a polymerization inhibitor, in which the component (A) has <=5 m2/g specific surface area. The component (A) has a beads like shape, and preferably has a composition of 30-70 wt.% CaO, 30-70 wt.% SiO, 0-40 wt.% P2O5, 0-20 wt.% MgO and 0-5 wt.% CaF2. It is preferable to use the components (C) and (D) in each 0.1-5 pt.wt. and the component (E) in 10 ppm-1 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. monomer.
