PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject apparatus constituted so that the mixing of the gas in a gas supply header with moisture caused by the diffusion of moisture is not generated even if a gas dissolving apparatus is connected to the gas supply matrix pipe through a branch pipe to produce gas dissolved water. SOLUTION: A branch pipe 10 is branchingly disposed to a gas piping (header 2) and a gas dissolving device 12 is connected to the branch pipe 10 and a moisture removing device 11 is disposed on the gas supply line between the gas piping and the gas dissolving device 12 and valves 16, 17 are arranged on the gas supply lines in the front and rear stages of the moisture removing device 11 and the opening and closing of the valves 16, 17 are automatically controlled to open and close the gas flow channel in the gas supply line.
