摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a hoisting winch preventing excessive feed of a rope after a hoisting load is landed. SOLUTION: A rotation quantity sensor 43 constituting a depth indicator is arranged in a drum 41 so as to detect a position of a hoisting load. When a controller 20 determines that the hoisting load position is the predetermined position or below, a control signal Ih is outputted to a solenoid proportioning valve 24. A brake releasing pressure Ph complying with the control signal Ih is fed to a first brake device 6, so that a predetermined half braking force works on the drum 41. This half braking force works continuously for a predetermined timeΔT until the hoisting load is stopped after it is landed. In this way, the drum can be braked without any excessive feed of a rope.
