PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select the proper irradiation route of strong ultrasonic wave and to efficiently and safely execute a medical treatment by observing even the state of a blind region and easily discriminating presence or absence of a bone and gas or the like. SOLUTION: A ultrasonic medical treatment device executes ultrasonic irradiation from a generation source 1 arranged in an applicator to a focus position and medically treats a part positioned at the focus site. In this case, the device is provided with signal processing circuits 18 which process the receiving signals while the generation sources 1 receive reflection wave based on ultrasonic wave irradiated from the generation source 1 and a monitor 21 for displaying the state of the propagation route of ultrasonic wave based on processing information of the receiving signals by the signal processing circuits 18.
