PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to break infrared ray generated during internal discharging to be radiated through a front glass substrate together R.G.B. rays. CONSTITUTION: The plasma display panel comprises: an upper substrate(100) consisted of an electron discharging layer(102) having a sustaining electrode(104) and a reading/sustaining electrode(106), the first dielectric layer(108), and a front glass substrate(110); a lower substrate(300) consisted of a rear glass substrate(302), the second dielectric layer(306) having and an address electrode(304), a separating wall(308) formed on the upper part of the dielectric layer(306), and a fluorescent material layer(310); and a discharging space formed between the first dielectric layer(108) and the fluorescent material layer(310) and filled with mixed gas.
