The present invention provides a floor structure of a four wheeled utility vehicle by which a passenger can quickly and simply keep a proper riding posture in the case of a swing and an inclination of the vehicle. A cabin housing an operating portion of a vehicle and a passenger seat is provided between front wheels and rear wheels, and a floor constituted by a floor plate is provided in a lower end portion of the cabin. The floor plate is provided with a foot pressing surface against which a passenger can press a back surface of passenger's foot. Preferably, the foot pressing surface is inclined to ascend forward.
