摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To non-destructively evaluate and diagnose the remaining life of ceramic coating before the ceramic coating is peeled off, in a high temperature member in which a ceramic layer or anti-corrosion alloy layer is coated. SOLUTION: A system comprises an oxide layer estimation part 1 in which an oxide layer X of a high temperature member 10 in an operating machine produced between a ceramic layer A and an anti-corrosion alloy layer B in the elapse of time is non-destructively detected, and an amount of the oxide is estimated from image processing 8 of the non-destructive detection; a numerical analysis part 2 in which the maximum thermal stressσi produced in the ceramic layer is found by numerical analysis, by means of an amount of the oxide layer and the material properties 12 of at least the ceramic layer and the anti-corrosion alloy layer; an input part 4 in which the number of times Ni repeated in the ceramic layer inσi is inputted; and a part 15 in whichσi and Ni are substituted into an accumulation damage rule found from the repeating fatigue characteristics of the ceramic layer and a degree of accumulation damage D is calculated. The remaining life of the ceramic layer and the anti- corrosion alloy layer is evaluated and diagnosed on the basis of the degree of the accumulation damage.
