PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interactive network sale system to enable a user to freely select a seller and to use a present financial institution for payment. SOLUTION: The complete system (200) to transact a product or information by a computer network 67 is provided. Databases of digital advertisements 65, 66 to which access is made by buyers' computers 61, 62 are held by sellers' computers 63, 64 on the network 67. The advertisements are taken out of the sellers' computers 63, 64 and displayed in response to an inquiry from the user by the buyers' computers 61, 62. Programs to be translated by the buyers' computers 61, 62 can be included in the digital advertisements. The products represented by the advertisements are transacted by the user by the buyers' computers 61, 62. A form of payment can be requested after transaction is started. The payment is approved by a payment system. Approval of a bank account is obtained from an external financial system in the payment system. A payment order is signed by an authentication means. |
