SUBSTANCE: slag-alkali-type binding agent useful in industrial and civil construction for preparing building mortars and concretes contains 55.5-62.5 wt % of aluminosilicate component: refuse ash-slag mixture ground to specific surface 4500-5500 sq.cm/g (ash to slag weight ratio from 70:30 to 30:50) prepared by burning brown coals and 37.5- 44.5 wt % of alkali component: liquid glass prepared from crystalline silicon production waste (microsilica) and containing up to 6-7% of carbon admixtures (graphite and carborundum) with silicate modulus n=1 and density 1.4-1.5 g/sq.cm.
