<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telegram announcement system, capable of simplifying the recording of information on the sent telegrams, the preparation of a list in the reading order of telegrams and the correction of the list based on the change of the reading order and also visually displaying the information on the telegrams to be announced such as addresses and names of senders. SOLUTION: This telegram announcement system is provided with a storage part for storing a telegram file, consisting of information on telegrams, including the reading order and an announcement screen file consisting of information for announcing the telegrams, on the basis of the information on the telegrams, an announcement part for displaying the contents of the announcement screen file, and a processing part consisting of respective means of a sort means for sorting the telegram files in the set reading order, a printing means for printing the information on the telegrams in a prescribed form and an announcement screen preparing means for preparing the announcement screen file, on the basis of the information on the telegrams.</p> |
