APPARATUS FOR GASIFICATION OF HIGH-DISPERSIVE COMBUSTIBLES UNDER PRESSURE

FIELD: gasification. SUBSTANCE: gasification reactor, cooling tube and convection boiler with chamber are placed in reservoir under pressure ( autoclave ). Device changing direction of uncleaned gas coming out of cooling tube is positioned above this tube in boiler chamber. Device to discharge uncleaned gas is located in area between gasification reactor and convection boiler. Gasification reactor rests against supporting points in reservoir in lower part of it. Convection heating surfaces extend from cooling tube and boiler chamber. Cooling tube and boiler chamber in its lower area above device to discharge uncleaned gas are anchored on unloading members having passages for uncleaned gas and rest against reservoir under pressure ( autoclave ). Clearance to inject cold gas is located between gasification reactor and cooling tube and separates cooling tube and gasification reactor. Clearance to inject cold gas has additional section to equalize thermal expansion. EFFECT: high productivity of apparatus for gasification with considerably improved relation between space of structure and productivity. 14 cl, 7 dwg
