Hand tool to pull hose off nipple

The tool has two articulated connected half shells (1,2), each with a semi-cylindrical recess (5) to engage around the hose end to be pulled off. Each half shell has a radially inward facing projection (6) at one axial end, to decrease the size of the recess. When the half shells are folded together for closed position, their outer contours form a knob-shaped grip with external profiling. The recesses are approximately semi-cylindrical, and have e.g. a grip profiling. The plastic shells are connected via a hinge, e.g. a film hinge.
