<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid golf ball which is soft in a ball hitting feel and is excellent in spin performance and durability. SOLUTION: The cover 1 of the solid golf ball having an intermediate layer 2 between the cover 1 and a core 3 has Shore D hardness of 40 to 50 and the core 3 has a diameter of 31 to 36mm and JIS-C hardness of 60 to 85. The JIS-C hardness of the intermediate layer 2 is lower by 5 to 25 than that of the core 3. The average sp. gr. of both of the core 3 and the intermediate layer 2 is >=1.0 to <1.3.</p> |
