PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To granulate while applying a binding liq. on each particle of the primary particle constituting a flocculated lump consisting of a light fine powders. SOLUTION: Powder and a binder are collected on a filter membrane 3 while being mixed with a gas flow to form a compacted laminated film, and after binding particles each other at an inside of the laminated film, the laminated film is crushed to pieces by peeling the laminated film from the filter membrane 3, and the crushed piece is returned to the powder and collected again on the filter membrane 3 with the gas flow while mixing the crushed piece and the binder, and a granule is obtained by repeating an operation of the granulation and the crushing. |
