The system comprises a mixing chamber (24) supplied with processed air. A de-icing duct (34) connects the mixing chamber to a de-icing/de-misting nozzle (36) and a ventilation duct (38) connects the mixing chamber to a ventilation nozzle (40). A feet duct (42) connects the mixing chamber to a lower nozzle (44). A distributor controlling the air flow in the ducts comprises a de-icing flap (46) and a second foot ventilator flap. There is also a synchronised control acting on these flaps for putting them in different chosen configurations. The first flap is a butterfly flap with two coplanar wings (50,52) pivoting about a spindle (54) in an inlet chamber (60) in opposite cylindrical walls (56,58) communicating with the mixing chamber and the de-icing duct. The second flap has two non-coplanar wings (70,72) pivoting about a spindle (74) in a second inlet chamber (80) with opposite cylindrical walls (76,78) communicating with the mixing chamber and the foot duct.
