The long term aeration wastewater treatment equipment comprises a grit tank(10), an oscillating body solid-liquid separator(20), a collecting tank(40), an aeration tank(50), a sedimentation tank(60), an effluent tank(80) and sludge thickener(70), the grit tank includes a screen(12) and an underwater pump(14), the sedimentation tank includes a carrier pump(64), the sludge thickener includes a sludge filtration membrane(72), and the oscillating body solid-liquid separator includes a support(29), an oscillating body(24), springs(28) located at four place, two oscillating motors(27), wastewater inlet(21) and outlet(25), a solid outlet(26), a decentralization chamber(22), and a decentralization sheet(23). Futhermore, the capacity of the grit tank is set up by a wastewater flow-time for 5 minutes and the capacity of the collecting tank is set up by a production quantity for a day, the capacity of the aeration tank is set up by lowering a volume load of BOD with 0.2kg/m3day to absorb strength and weakness of pollution load by the operation being the long term aeration method, the capacity of the sedimentation tank is set up by an addition quantity of a production quantity of wastewater for a day and a carrier sludge quantity, the capacity of the sludge thickener is set up by two month capacity of an excess sludge production quantity, in case of being included the sludge filtration membrane, with 2.8kg/1m2 of the area of filtration membrane.
