The cleaner (1) is made from a paste in which vegetable particles, such as cork, are amalgamated. The paste is soluble in water. A hole (4) in the cleaner allows it to be held on a hook (14) fixed to a bottle that holds a cleaning product. The paste is extruded and dried to form a block with compressed particles that can be detached. Its composition can be varied to give a specific action on the skin. A support has a ring (12) that fits round the neck of the bottle and is extended laterally by tongues (13).
