PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a digital multiplication-type watt-hour meter in which a circuit scale can be reduced and whose costs can be reduced. SOLUTION: Quantization signals I1 D, V1 D and I3 D, V3 D of an AC current and ac AC voltage which are generated in synchronization with a first sampling clock fs are selected and output respectively alternately by first selection means 5, 6, 9 and second selection means 7, 8, 10 according to a second sampling clock 2fs whose interval is twice that of the first sampling clock. Their respective outputs are moving-average-processed by moving-average processing means 11, 12 so as to obtain an electric power amount. |
