PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of molds to be used when a molded product equipped with a through-hole is molded by using molds. SOLUTION: The through-holes 22 of a switch knob 20 being a molded product are constituted by utilizing notches 24 and bearings 26. The notches 24, are provided in a U-shape so that the lower end parts of both left and right side surfaces of the switch knob 20 become opening parts. The bearings 26 are also provided to both left and right side surfaces in a crescent shape in an upwardly opened state. Semicircular cavities are formed to the upper surfaces of the bearings 26. When each of the through-holes 22 is divided into the part near to the inside of the switch knob 20 and the part near to the outside thereof, the inner peripheral surface of the part near to the inside of the switch knob is constituted of the curved surface of the cavity provided to the upper surface of each bearing 26. In each of the through-holes 22, the inner peripheral surface of the upper part is closed but the lower inner peripheral surface is opened at the part near to the inside and the lower inner peripheral surface is closed at the part near to the outside but the inner peripheral surface of the upper part is opened. |
