PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the replacement and the inspection of expendable parts of the apparatus, improve the appearance of the apparatus, and eliminate an inconvenience and troublesomeness when the lid plate is attached/detached by providing a lid plate attaching/detaching means on the lid plate in order to easily open/close the lid plate using a pressing action by elasticity. SOLUTION: When an expendable part is replaced and inspected in the apparatus through the front side of the apparatus, first and second push buttons 220, 221 of a lid plate attaching/detaching means 200, being provided at the upper end side part on a flange part 17a of a lid plate 17 being provided under the front surface panel, are pressed in the internal direction at the same time. By doing so, the first and second push buttons 220, 221 are guided by a bending groove 17b which is formed on the flange part 17a of the lid plate 17, and push the central parts of first and second plate springs 210, 211 which are provided at the final end of the bending groove 17b. By this motion, the engagement between the protuberances at the final ends of the first and second plate springs 210, 211, and the final end part of a flange part 13a which is bent at a right angle to the front side of both side surface panels 13, is separated. |
