<p>PURPOSE:To effectively mass-produce the subject useful protein by inoculating a recombinant silk worm nuclear polyhedrosis virus recombined by using a gene coding the useful protein into a silk worm and controlling the body liquid of the silk worm to a prescribed pH value. CONSTITUTION:A recombinant silk worm polyhedrosis virus obtained by recombination using a gene coding a useful protein is inoculated into a silk worm to control the body liquid of the silk worm to pH 0.5-3.0, preferably pH 1.0-2.5. The above-mentioned virus is inactivated thereby and the objective useful protein such as human interferon (beta or cat interferon is obtained.</p> |
