<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming control system monitoring picture information capable of easily recognizing a normal/defective condition of a window picture display for a base picture when a monitoring picture is formed. SOLUTION: A base picture forming part 1 forms base picture information within a base picture size, and sets a window picture display position, and the window picture forming part 2 sets window picture information and a window picture size. After a window picture is formed, a display range operation means 4A operates a display range for the base picture based on the storage data of a window picture display file 1H and a window picture size file 2G, and a window display range normal/defective decision means 4C decides whether or not the window picture is put within the range of the base picture based on the operation result and the storage data of a base picture size file 1E, and a decision result output means 4D outputs the decision result, and a window picture range display means 4E displays the window picture range.</p> |
