SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of agglutination reaction where immunoglobulin polyacroleic diagnosticum is added to the examined material followed by mixture centrifugation at 7-9 g for 20-30 min. Method can be used for express-analysis for indication of bacterial agents in bacterial focus infection. EFFECT: decreased time of analysis, enhanced precision of bacterial antigens indication.
