The invention refers to foam polyurethane (PPU) and foam polyisocyanurate (PIR) extraction. These materials could be used for heat-insulation of sandwich panels, refrigerators, and piping systems, as well as for capsulation of buildings. There are certain polyols mixtures recommended for getting PPU and PIR. The latter is used in construction and in refrigerating equipment, by applying the method of casting or spitting. The novelty in polyols mixtures is that in preparing them hydrophobic and hydrophilous polyol mixture could be used. As hydrophobic polyols could be used tall oil, or products of vegetable or fish oil product esterisation by multiple-valued spirits or alkanolamines. Polyols hydroxyl number should be in the range of 250 to 430, but functionality should be in the range of 2.0 to 2.3. As hydrophilous polyols could be used oxypropylated or/and oxyethylated multiple-valued spirits with hydroxyl-number from 250 to 500 and functionality from 3 to 6 and propylene glycol with hydroxyl-number from 200 to 500 with following component ratio(% of weight):tall oils, vegetable oils or fish oils alkanolamine or multiple-valued ester: 30-87;oxypropylated or/and oxyethylated multiple-valued spirit: 8-60;propylene glycol: 0-20;surface active material: 0.5-3.0;urethane-producing or/and isocyanate cyclomerisation catalyst: 0-15;water: 0.5-7.0.
