PURPOSE: To obtain the generation and printing method for document data, preparing and printing system for documents, and processing system for documents which make document printing efficient and the rearrangement of printed documents high in level and efficient. CONSTITUTION: The document preparing and printing system is equipped with a document preparing device 101 which can be used by plural users that the system can discriminate at the same time and a printer device 102 which is connected to the document preparing device 101 and switches and discharges printed documents to plural trays. Plural document data are generated so that they can be divided by the pages of a document, and the generated document data by the pages are printed while the order of printing is changed in page units at need. Attribute information with which a user who has prepared a document can be discriminated is added to the document data of the document prepared by the user and the paper discharge trays to which plural printed documents are discharged are switched, user by user, by referring to the attribute information, so that the documents are discharged. |
