FIELD: rubber mixtures based on saturated rubbers, that are used in tire production and technical rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase rubber heat-resistance and strength of rubber and cord bonding. Aim is realized due to the fact, that in rubber mixture they use system of modifiers: ЗВИ hexol ( complex compound of hexachloroparaxylene with wax in ratio of 80 : 20), methaphenylenebismaleimide and blocked by ε - caprolactam toluylenediizocyanate. Rubber mixture provides cost effectiveness by 0.1 - 0.2 % of pieces manufacturing cost. EFFECT: improved pieces manufacturing cost effectiveness. |
