The self evenness and smooth mortar solution is prepared by (a) stirring the mixture, which mixes 4 liter water and 50 g polyoxyethylene alkyl ether in the main reactor, at 60-65 deg.C for 1 hr. with low rpm., (b) stirring the mixture, which mixes 1.5 liter water, 80 g polyoxyethylene, 25 g potassium persulfate and 40 g acrylamide in the auxiliary reactor, for 15 min. with low rpm., (c) adding 2 liter styrene monomer, 2 liter 2-ethyl hexylacrylate monomer, 0.1 liter butyl acetate monomer and 0.1 liter acrylic acid to the mixture in auxiliary reactor, and stirring the mixture at 40 deg.C for 15 min. with two times higher rpm than the above rpm., (d) stirring the mixture in the main and auxiliary reactor at 60-65 deg.C for 4 hrs. with low rpm., (e) adding 0.1 liter water and 10 g sodium bisulfate to the main reacting mixture, and elevating the temperature of the main reacting product up to 75 deg.C for 20 min., (f) adding aqueous solution containing 10 liter water and 10 kg naphthalene to the main reacting product mixture for 1 hr, (g) cooling this added mixture to 40 deg.C for 15 min., (h) controlling the acidity and viscosity of the cooled mixture which are 9 and 80 poise respectively, with 0.1 liter ammonium hydroxide at 20 deg.C.
