PURPOSE: To provide a biotic preparation which is obtained from an inedible biological material and is useful as a biotic stimulative to be added to the feed of animals, fowls and bees, which is provided with specified composition, to reinforce the labor ability, endurance property, natural resistance property and reproductivity of them. CONSTITUTION: The target preparation is the one containing 30-40 wt.% free amino acid, 30-55% fixed amino acid(a hormone, etc., for example), 0.01-2% lipid, 2-6% macronutrient(iron, and Ca, etc., for example), 0.5-1.5% micronutrient(Mn, Zn, etc., for example), 8-12% nonmetallic compound(fat, purine, etc., for example), 0.001-0.1% carbohydrate and 4-10% water. It is obtained by executing the acid decomposition of blood in 5-20% sulfuric acid in 90-110 deg.C for 5-15 hours, correcting the pH of a filtered liquid after filtering the acid-decomposited object and, then, concentrating and dehydrating it. When it is used for breeding the animals, it is preferable that a dose is mixed in the basic distribution object of the animals by 10-100 mg/kg (weight). |
